Water and Engineering 5th - 8th Grade Orem

• Description: From dams to drinking water, learn how to use experiments and real-world models to teach students about the engineering design method. Then leave with everything you need to implement these hands-on activities in the classroom.

The instructors are Shannon Babb and Monica Hoyt. The class is limited to 25 and will be taught at the Don A Christiansen Regional Water Treatment Plant (1120 E Cascade Dr, Orem, UT 84097)

• $50+ of equipment
• Lunch
• Upon successful completion, the participants will receive 7 reliscensure points on their MIDAS account.
