Peering into the Frozen Desert: Antarctica is the highest, driest, windiest, coldest continent on Earth. While Antarctica is classically described as a frozen desert, it is also dynamic and ever-changing. Here, we will talk about some of these changes, the physics that drive them, and the impact these changes have on society.
Nonmembers will be $30.00. (become a member and attend for free). All proceeds go to the Richard Tolman Scholarship
This will be a one hour virtual event where Summer will share her passion of science with us. It will be an opportunity for each of us to remember our passion and why we want to share it.
