Elementary Stem Endorsement--Engineering Practices 2021 (Cohort 2)

Registration

  • This registration will pay for course registration fees and BYU recording fees to give the course attendee 3 semester hour credits from BYU to fulfill STEM Elementary Endorsement.

    $500 dollars refunded through your local LEA. Make sure you understand the refund process.

    You can register for the course and wait for payment until two weeks before the workshop begins. If payment does not come in at that two week window we will have to drop you from the course.
  • YOU CAN JOIN USTA TODAY AND SAVE $250 ON THIS REGISTRATION.
    This registration will pay for course registration fees and BYU recording fees to give the course attendee 3 semester hour credits from BYU to fulfill USOE Science Endorsement course requirements along with USOE Professional Development Credit for re-licensure points.

    Refunds for the course will come through your local LEA. They may only refund the member cost of $500.

Stem--Engineering Practices  for Elementary Teachers

Description: Top-notch, exciting, engaging, and just plain fun, this class is designed for teachers in all stages of their career who are interested in bringing the excitement and learning into the classroom.  The investigations used in the course are Core specific and designed for teachers to implement inquiry investigations and mathematics reasoning from the course in their own classrooms.

  • 3 semester hours of BYU Credit. 
  • Lunch is provided each day.
  • Each student is responsible for housing and travel.
