Back-to-school newsletter from UtSTA President

August/September 2019

Message from President Maggie Huddleston:

Welcome Back!

I love the energy that the beginning of a school year brings.  I love the energy in the science community around the adoption of the new standards.  Watch future newsletters for tips, trainings, and awesome resources that will help us all prepare for next year. Meanwhile, 3-D science can be incorporated into the science this year.  We hope you jump in head first!

NSTA will be held in October and two smaller regional conferences will be in Feb.  One will be held in Cedar City and one at Weber State in Ogden. Remember to ask your principals if they have funds that will support you attending one or both of these conferences.

Happy first days of school!

Maggie
